Focusing on what really matters
For Buckman, I worked in every aspect of the platform to create a seamless experience for users, so that they can focus on the product and have the smoothest shopping experience possible. I worked on information architecture, page layouts, user journeys, typography, icons and copy, and digital style guide.
My goal was to optimize conversion whilst remaining true to the brand's strong design aesthetic. Highlights of the project included implementing an intuitive navigation system, optimizing the checkout flow for ease and efficiency, and integrating robust customer support features.
